Apprenticeship

The Internship and Field Work Practice Program at KPPU is designed as a strategic learning space for students and vocational students to understand the working dynamics of the world of business competition. This program is a bridge between academic competencies and work needs based on research, analysis, public communication and institutional understanding.
 

Through a collaborative work ecosystem, interns not only learn, but develop new perspectives on professionalism, integrity and contribution to the public interest.

 

What are Internships and PKL?

Apprenticeship is part of job training for final year students which is a requirement for completing their education.
Field Work Practices (PKL) is practice-based learning for SMK/MAK students which is carried out over a certain period of time according to the curriculum and work needs.
 

This program was initiated to create real experiences that are relevant, measurable and impactful.

 

Acceptance Quota

  • Student: Maximum 5 people per placement unit
  • Student: Maximum 5 people per semester

 

Internship/PKL Requirements

To take part in this program, applicants are required to prepare the following documents:

  1. Application Letter for Internship/PKL
  2. Cover Letter from the College/School addressed to the Head of the Administrative Bureau
  3. Inclusion of internship period
  4. Short Proposal (internship only):
    • Background
    • Aims & objectives (credit conversion / no)
    • Target & output timeline
    • Implementation timeframe plan
  5. Curriculum Vitae
  6. Copy of E-KTP (for internship students only)
  7. Copy of Student/Student Card
  8. Copy of latest transcript
  9. Statement of Competency for Internship

All documents are sent to intern@kppu.go.id.

Participant Rights

  • Obtain information according to the objectives of the internship, as long as it is not confidential.
  • Get an Internship Certificate after the entire process is complete.

     

Participant Obligations

  • Comply with KPPU personnel regulations
  • Fill in daily attendance
  • Maintain work ethics, manners, dress code and use of ID cards
  • Follow the program to completion
  • CompileDaily logbook, Final report, Andcourt presentation materials

     

Program Termination Stage

The program is considered complete or terminated if:

  • The internship period has ended
  • Participants become ill in the long term or die
  • Participants withdrew
  • Participants are proven to have violated KPPU regulations or applicable law
