Compliance Program
Definition
A series of activities that demonstrate efforts to comply with the principles of healthy business competition, implemented and developed by Business Actors and prepared in a written document in Indonesian.
Benefits of Business Actor participation
- maintain the good name and reputation of Business Actors;
- maintain business ethics and organizational standards in order to realize good corporate governance;
- creating Compliance procedures;
- increasing trust from investigators, business partners, consumers, and/or government;
- encourage Business Actors to maintain the value of healthy business competition; And
- prevent violations of Law no. 5/1999
Compliance Program Flow

Compliance Program Registration:
- Business Actors send a Registration Letter (as stated in Attachment I to KPPU Regulation Number 1 of 2022), and attach Supporting Documents (if they already have them), in the form of:
- Code of ethics document;
- Compliance guidance documents; And
- Reports on the implementation of socialization, counseling, training and/or other activities in the context of implementing the Compliance Program in the company.
- The Registration Letter is written in Indonesian and signed by the Management who has the authority to represent the company, in this case the Directors who are responsible for managing the company.
